Changes – returns – product replacement
For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you have purchased you must inform us within seven (7) working days of receipt of the e-mail address(www.artistiromanishoes.com) informing us of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in the contact phone number. Then a partner from the company will contact you to collect the return parcel (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00)
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within 14 calendar days.
3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.).
4. The parcel must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product.
In order for the products to arrive in good condition, you must pack them properly so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product shipment:
In those cases in which ARTISTI ROMANI is demonstrably at fault, you can return the products in a different design or size than the one ordered or proceed to an exchange.
The return of the product and the shipment of the new product is free of charge from all over Greece.
2. Product manufacturing defect:
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you have purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the part you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.

In cases where you wish to change the product you have purchased you must fill in the e-mail contact code or codes of products and size and you will be contacted by one of our associates. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service department directly at 210 5152570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00). Any change in design, colour or size must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, always after consultation with the customer service department 210 5152 570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate ELTA Courier. Transfer for exchange is free of charge for only one time per product. There is the possibility for additional changes but for each change beyond the first one the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.
You have the right to return the product you have purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt and request a refund of the price you have paid to us.
A prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal from the purchase, to be notified in writing by e-mail to email@example.com, the products must not have been used and be in excellent condition with their packaging intact as received with the proof of purchase to be inside the packaging.
The return of the products should be done exclusively by the courier that delivered them to you ELTA Courier.
The refund process will be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by us.
The products that have been purchased from the online store can be exchanged or returned only at our headquarters, always after consultation with the customer service department 210 5152570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00).
The cost of transport in case of withdrawal is free of charge.
