Artisti Romani reserves the right to renew or unilaterally modify these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store according to its needs and commercial customs.
The change of terms does not cover orders which are already in progress.

In case the product is not available, you will be informed in time about its unavailability.

Purchase order products
On its website(www.artistiromanishoes.com) you will find information about the process and the steps to complete your order. You will receive useful advice on identifying and correcting possible errors when entering your order (e.g. regarding the type, quantity, payment method, etc.)
Upon completion of your order, we will send you an e-mail (e-mail letter) confirming receipt of your order and we will contact you by phone and will follow up with a subsequent e-mail, which will inform you of the dispatch of your order.
Changes – returns – product replacement
For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased you must inform us within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the e-mail address(www.artistiromanishoes.com) informing us of the reason for the return or replacement and filling in the contact phone number. Then a partner from the company will contact you to collect the return parcel (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00)
Refund conditions:
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within 14 calendar days.
3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.).
4. The parcel must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and its packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product.
In order for the products to arrive in good condition, you must pack them properly so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product shipment:
In those cases in which ARTISTI ROMANI is demonstrably at fault, you can return the products in a different design or size than the one ordered or proceed to an exchange.
The return of the product and the shipment of the new product is free of charge from all over Greece.
2. Product manufacturing defect:
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you have purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the part you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.

Product change
In cases where you wish to change the product you have purchased you must fill in the e-mail contact code or codes of products and size and you will be contacted by one of our associates. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service department directly at 210 5152570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00). Any change in design, colour or size must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, always after consultation with the customer service department 210 5152 570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate ELTA Courier. Transfer for exchange is free of charge for only one time per product. There is the possibility for additional changes but for each change beyond the first one the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.
Retreat
You have the right to return the product you have purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt and request a refund of the price you have paid to us.
A prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal from the purchase, to be notified in writing by e-mail to info@artistiromanishoes.com, the products must not have been used and be in excellent condition with their packaging intact as received with the proof of purchase to be inside the packaging.
The return of the products should be done exclusively by the courier that delivered them to you ELTA Courier.
The refund process will be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by us.
The products that have been purchased from the online store can be exchanged or returned only at our headquarters, always after consultation with the customer service department 210 5152570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00).
The cost of transport in case of withdrawal is free of charge.
Cancellation of order
For any order cancellation prior to shipment and delivery by courier, you must contact us by phone at 210 5152570 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00) indicating your order number.
Payment methods
Substitution:
The customer pays the courier company’s employee, who acts on behalf of ARTISTI ROMANI, upon delivery of the order to the customer’s premises. Cash on delivery is only valid for delivery within Greece.
Credit/Debit card:
You can choose to pay with your debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro) through the Greek Bank VivaPayments.com as payment method, you will be redirected to the secure environment of the Viva Payments website to complete the payment and then you will be redirected back to our website where you will find the confirmed completion of your order.
Product shipment
Our goal is to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.
Mission to Greece:
For orders in Greece the shipping will be free of charge. The products you have ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company ELTA Courier. ARTISTI ROMANI reserves the right to use another courier company.
Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world:
For orders in Europe and the rest of the world the shipping charge is 10,00 € and is charged to the customer. In case of change or withdrawal, the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Delivery of products
Within 5 to 12 working days we send the products to the courier company with which Artisti Romani cooperates (for mainland Greece, Crete and islands we always refer to delivery to the capitals of the laws and as far as it applies to remote areas), if the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
Deliveries abroad are made in about 10 working days and shipments are made by ELTA Courier.
In case a product is not immediately available, the customer will be informed in time by the order department for the estimated delivery time.
E-mail updates (Newsletter)
Artisti Romani and its online store(www.artistiromanishoes.com) provides the opportunity for its users to choose to be informed about the new products available on the market and other possible offers, payment arrangements, etc., by sending promotional – informative messages to its email address.
ARTISTI ROMANI will not misuse the above mentioned service. In case you wish to no longer receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe from the Artisti Romani news delivery system altogether, you can inform us using the contact form of the e-shop.
Solving various
For any dispute that arises between the company and users from the use of the e-shop, an effort will be made to resolve it amicably after a request from the user if the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, the dispute will be resolved by an appeal to the Athens Civil Courts.
